I hired this company to replace two windows and install a new patio door, and I'm pleased with the final result. Ash and Ali were excellent in ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the project, always following up quickly and providing effective solutions when issues arose. For instance, during installation, some dust spread inside the house, but they arranged for a cleaning service, which I appreciated. Thanks to the company's responsiveness and dedication, I now have the patio door and windows I'd envisioned, beautifully installed.

From the start, I was in constant communication with Jendy through text messages and a few phone calls until I decided to move forward with AlumGlassRail for the skylight replacement. There is a $50 fee for the initial consultation, but this fee is credited toward the final amount if you choose to proceed with their services. After paying 50% of the estimate, it took approximately 2 to 3 weeks for the workers to arrive and begin the job. Once the materials were purchased and the company was ready, I was contacted by someone named Ash, who informed me about when the workers would be available to start. Most of the time, I received less than 24 hours notice, and I had no further contact from Jendy. However, I want to emphasize that both Jendy and Ash were extremely friendly and professional throughout our communications. When the workers finally arrived, the skylight replacement took about 6 hours to complete. Although the job was finished, I never received any photos of the completed skylight. Since then, it has rained, and I have not found any signs of leaks. From what I can see, the installation appears to be well done. On the day of the replacement, I noticed that the workers did not announce their arrival. I only heard noises and realized that someone was on our roof. Although I had agreed to the date and time for the work, I had previously set a different date that was postponed just minutes before due to potential rainfall. I was concerned because the skylight is located in the washroom, and someone could have been inside when they accessed the roof. Out of courtesy, I expected them to ring the doorbell or call when they were ready to start. If I had been in the washroom just five minutes prior, it could have led to a very different situation at the start and finish of the skylight replacement. Additionally, when they finished, they did not say a word to us and simply left. I don't expect long conversations or detailed explanations about the work, but a simple knock to indicate that they were done would have been appreciated. It felt as if they were doing us a favor instead of completing a hired job, which left me feeling like my business was not valued. I did bring this to Ash's attention, and he acknowledged my feedback and concerns. He was able to have two workers return to assess what I thought was a crack; it turned out to be extra silicone runoff on the inside of the skylight. The estimates provided did change throughout the process. I still don't know what were the exact reasons as to why they changed but I ultimately decided that they did take 6 hours on a Sunday to get the job done.

AGR came in to measure my skylights that needed replacing. They placed the order and installed one fixed and one opening skylight. Jendy was very helpful and the installers were very professional and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.

Squirrels had eaten the French screen door on our balcony and had totally ruined the screen and frame. Jendy coordinated the onsite visit, the custom ordering of the screen and the installation. During the time it took to get the screen from the factory Jendy was in constant communication with me to update where things were in the process. A job well done. Thank you.

I thought the door needed new parts but apparently after looking at the door, the bottom of the door holding the rail tracks was not level. The door works much better. Door is old so it's not perfect but works good now.

We had a great experience with AlumGlassRail. They replaced the panes in some older windows at our house. We were told by other companies that they could not get the replacement panes in time. AlumGlassRail came by to inspect them, and confirmed that they would be able to replace them in the time we needed. They met that promise, and at a price that we felt was very reasonable. Jendy was great at communicating and coordinating throughout the process. Anatoly replaced the panes, and he worked incredibly quickly. We would highly recommend this business.

I caused my sliding screen on my balcony to come off the track and break the rollers that make it move. Yevhen did a great job replacing the rollers and getting the screen back on the track! I'm very happy with the result!

Ali does very good admin work, communicates well and replies promptly (I think it's really important for contractors to have a dedicated resource for the admin work like what Ali does). There was an issue with the doors that were ordered and the matter was very time sensitive for us. Ali understood the urgency and managed to take care of it on time. Really appreciate it. :)

I needed a glass block window for fire safety reasons, and nearly nobody does it! I was able to get three quotes - two with really long lead times, and we needed it soon. Azamat was responsive in his quote, reasonable and fair in the pricing, and generally responsive while we ironed out the contract. Serogi did the install over two days and did a great job. Was punctual, polite and professional, did great work, cleaned up, and was respectful of the neighbors. Will definitely be holding onto their information for referrals and future work!

The price of the skylight was decent. I was happy with the cost. The customer service was very good.

Alum glass replaced the glass in one panel of my front bay window. The work was done promptly and efficiently by the installer. The owner gave me an estimate which was competitive with others that I received. They were friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend them to others. Ali is a very responsive and friendly person to deal with. His technician arrived quickly to our home to fix a door that had been installed and re-installed by others previously, but which still leaked during heavy rains. The technician explored the repair possibilities and concluded a re-installation of the door in short order, all the while dealing with us and our home respectfully. Where two attempts by others to install the door failed previously, I am happy to report we are leak free thanks to Ali and the AlumGlasRail technician, and would happily call on them for a future house challenge.
